The ogee is one
the basic shapes used in moldings anddecorative profiles. An S-shaped curve, it
is convex at the top fairing downinto a concave (shown inverted). The ogee bit
is characterized by the concaveshape coming off the pilot bearing. Using the
optional 3/8" bearingproduces a profile with a fillet at the convex end of the
curve. Use in ahandheld or table-mounted router.
