C o i l f l ow™ Automatic Industrial Interchange
Our Coilflow Automatic Industrial Series Couplers
are designed for stationary mounting where a simple "one handed" push-to-connect
operation is desirable. These automatic couplers feature a compact size, quality
all-brass, rugged construction and are interchangeable with all other
manufacturer’s Industrial interchanges. Automatic couplers are available in four
different body sizes with male or female thread connectors up to 3/4" NPT; also
with hose barb up to 1/2" I.D. hose. These couplers will accept all Coilhose
Industrial interchange connectors as well as other manufacturers’ connectors
which conform to MIL-C4109 specifications.

Quickly changing or connecting pneumatic air lines
is a basic function in most pneumatic systems. Over the years many styles of
couplers and connectors have been developed. The popularity of one style over
another can usually be attributed to the geographical part of the country, the
application or the specific industry. To meet this variety of needs Coilhose
Pneumatics offers a wide variety of coupler and connector products. Each series
is produced to industrial quality standards for a long life and will work with
corresponding interchanges from other manufacturers. In addition to standard
manual couplers we offer several specialty couplers that meet specific needs.
Automatic couplers allow one hand operation to connect, universal couplers can
be used with different connector styles, the Acme and Megaflow series have
larger SCFM flow capabilities in smaller body sizes and the Moldflow series are
built specifically for injection molding. With this variety, Coilhose can meet
most coupler and connector needs.
